The Maniny apartment is almost fully booked until summer, the only availability we have is october 12-december 11.
However, we are looking for a long term tenant to rent our other apartment "Brewery", so that we can travel for 5-6 months this winter. This is the apartment that we live in, it is also very comfortable and in a great location as well. If you have a house to swap we will be interested too depending on where and what its like.
